Avoiding foods made with genetically modified organisms

You may have heard of GMOs in food but may not be aware that 7 out of 10 products in the supermarket contain these Genetically Modified Organisms.

Some of the ways to avoid GMOs are:

  • Buy Organic
  • Look for non-GMO labels
  • Avoid products with the at-risk ingredients of corn, soybeans, canola, and cottonseed.
